TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Eligibility: This Instagram giveaway is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the giveaway sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must have a public account on the respective platform. Private accounts will not be considered for entry. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure transparency and to allow the giveaway organizer to verify the participant’s entry and select a winner fairly.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway will begin on June 1^st 2023, and end on June 10^th 2023.
3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the sponsor’s Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and comment the post. Bonus entries will be counted for participants who: tag one or more friends in the comments. Each tag in a separate comment count as one entry.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the end of the entry period.
5. 6. Prize Conditions: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
7. Prize Usage: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to use the prize responsibly and for personal enjoyment only. The winner further agrees not to resell, trade, or transfer the prize to any third party without the explicit written consent of the giveaway organizer.

8. General Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and Instagram from any and all claims or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway.
9. Data Privacy, Consent and Intellectual Property Rights: By participating in this giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by the giveaway sponsor and its agents for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting you in connection with the giveaway. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to grant the giveaway sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your entry in connection with the giveaway and the sponsor’s promotional activities, including without limitation, the sponsor’s website, social media accounts, and marketing materials. You represent and warrant that your entry is original, has not been previously published or won any other competition, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor and its agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or costs arising from your breach of this representation and warranty.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the giveaway sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced pursuant to the laws of France. Any legal action in relation to this Instagram giveaway will take place at the relevant Court of Paris, France.
